| By accepting our rate(s) and agreeing to utilize our Transportation and Logistics service, you and/or your company agree to Ariya Logistic Solution LLC's payment terms as specified on our Credit Application.
Our Payment Terms are "Net Fifteen". All invoices are due and payable upon receipt. Any invoices not paid within thirty (30) days from date of invoice will be considered past due and a late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be added to your account for all past due balances.
